Finding berries is quite simple. You just have to make an RP post including "Looking for berries" somewhere in the post, preferably bolded or highlighted for a mod to notice. You have a 100% chance of finding berries in the Wilderness and a 50% chance of finding berries in the Plateau. However, there is a constant 15% chance of there being a pokemon guarding the berries.
All your pokemon, aside from their stats, have five Attributes: Tough, Cute, Smart, Cool and Beauty. These, by default, start at 5 Attribute Points (AP) and you can choose two to start at 10 AP.
To increase these attributes, you must feed your pokemon Pokeblocks. To make Pokeblocks, you make a thread in an area with a Berry Blender, such as the Pokemon Center, and RP it out (cutting the berries, starting the blender, etc). Based on the berries used, the quality of the RP and your rank, you can get Pokeblocks of different levels, ranging from 1 to 25. Level will determine how big the attribute increase is.
Pokeblock Level: [1d5+Rank Modifier+Berry Modifier+RP Modifier]/2
1d5: Random number between 1 and five. Stands for one 5-sided dice.
Rank Modifier: D-Rank: 0, C-Rank: 4, B-Rank: 12, A-Rank+: 20. For multiple people blending together, use highest applicable.
The Berry Modifier is 0 for berries 1-5 (Cheri, Chesto, Pecha, Rawst, Aspear), 3 for berries 6-9 (Leppa, Oran, Persim, Lum) and 15 for berries 10-15 (Sitrus, Figy, Wiki, Mago, Aguav, Iapapa). Use highest applicable.
RP Modifier is any number between 1 and 10, at the mod's discretion, based on the quality of the blending RP. Note that quality does not equal length.
That way, a D-Rank that gets a 1 for the random roll using a Cheri and a Rawst Berry with a really bad RP would get:
[1+0+0+1]/2 = Level 1 Pokeblock
And an S-Rank using a Chesto, an Oran and a Iapapa berry, making the highest applicable bonus 15, getting a 5 for the random roll and with an outstanding RP would get:
[5+20+15+10]/2 = Level 25 Pokeblock.
Flavor and color are determined by the berries used and the Pokeblock Level. During Blending, some flavors cancel each other out (berries with a sour flavor cancel out bitter, bitter cancels sweet, sweet cancels dry, dry cancels spicy, and spicy cancels sour). Flavor determines color, and color determines Attributes increased. Berries used will also determine what other attributes are increased for Standard and Special pokeblocks..
Basic Pokeblocks (Level 1-10):
Black Pokéblock (Level 1-2): A low level Pokéblock created when at least 2 of the same type of berry is blended, or when their flavors cancel out. Red Pokéblock: A spicy Pokéblock that raises Coolness. Blue Pokéblock: A dry Pokéblock that raises Beauty. Pink Pokéblock: A sweet Pokéblock that which raises Cuteness. Green Pokéblock: A bitter Pokéblock which raises Smartness. Yellow Pokéblock: A sour Pokéblock that raises Toughness.
Standard Pokeblocks (Level 11-20):
Purple Pokéblock: A mostly spicy Pokéblock that raises Coolness and another attribute. Indigo Pokéblock: A mostly dry Pokéblock which raises Beauty and another attribute. Brown Pokéblock: A mostly sweet Pokéblock that raises Cuteness and another attribute. LiteBlue Pokéblock: A mostly bitter Pokéblock which raises Smartness and another attribute. Olive Pokéblock: A mostly sour Pokéblock that raises Toughness and another attribute.
Special Pokeblocks (Level 21-25):
Gold Pokéblock (Level 21-22): A high level Pokéblock which raises one or two attributes.
Gray Pokéblock (Level 23-24): A three flavor Pokéblock which raises three attributes.
White Pokéblock (Level 25): A four flavor Pokéblock that raises four attributes.
You get as many pokeblocks as berries you used.
The basic formula is this: [Pokeblock Level + 1d4] / 2
Then for more advanced pokeblocks, it's the same formula for the first attribute increase, then substract 4 for each attribute increase over one. So, for an Indigo Pokeblock that raised Coolness as well, it'd be
[Pokeblock Level + 1d4] / 2 to Beauty [[Pokeblock Level + 1d4] / 2] - 4 to Coolness.
And for a Gray Pokeblock that raised, in order, Coolness, Toughness and Smartness, it'd go like this:
[Pokeblock Level + 1d4] / 2 to Coolness [[Pokeblock Level + 1d4] / 2] - 4 to Toughness [[Pokeblock Level + 1d4] / 2] - 8 to Smartness
White Pokeblocks are the only exception to this formula. Since they're always level 25, their formula goes like this:
[25 + 1d5] / 2
Then, following the same pattern as before, substract 4 for every Attribute increase over one. So if it raised, in order, Smartness, Coolness, Beauty, Cuteness...
[25 + 1d5] / 2 to Smartness [[25 + 1d5] / 2] - 4 to Coolness [[25 + 1d5] / 2] - 8 to Beauty [[25 + 1d5] / 2] - 12 to Cuteness
